Placing students quickly

Finding the right student for a role is simplified using Eploy’s Skills library and quick match tool.

From parsing their CVs, Eploy identifies key skills and work experience that can be used to match applicants with suitable roles and generate shortlists for you, or the employer to review.

Set up groups of your student candidates based on skills, status, availability, location, or any other criteria relevant to your way of working. These groups can then be accessed with a single click for reviewing, or group-wide activities such as an Email campaign. Groups can also be shared with colleagues for better team collaboration.

With temporary roles, the availability of students may well be more important than their skills or experience.
