When we look at how the Charities and Not-for-Profit sector are succeeding with talent attraction the Sourcing Quadrant paints an interesting picture. Having a great careers site is one of the ways that is working to attract a decent quantity and quality of candidates. Agencies in this sector are delivering a good balance of candidates. However, Talent Pools and Careers Sites are working well to provide candidates at less cost. 

But other channels, like Employee Referrals is not delivering on quantity of candidates. Take up has improved to 39% and quality is good but there is some way to go on quantity of results.
