Everyone at Eploy was delighted to see two of our customers succeed at the In-house Recruitment Awards 2016. The awards, an annual event organised by the In-house Recruitment Network, brought together almost 700 of the In-house community's most talented recruiters.

Mencap - Best Public Sector / Not-for-profit Recruitment Team

"A tough category with some outstanding results in a tough market. This winner has been able to increase hires, reduce costs and also introduce new systems and processes which is a challenge unto itself!"

Commenting on their win, Rob Walker, Mencap's Head of Resourcing said:

"Before we implemented Eploy at Mencap we had a disjointed and fragmented recruitment process which was lengthy, difficult to coordinate and almost impossible to manage effectively. We had no reliable source of management information and tracking candidate and team activity was virtually impossible.

Since implementing Eploy we now have a best-in-class ATS and Recruitment CRM which has helped to streamline our entire recruitment workflow, enabling us to rise to the challenge of increasing hires and spend more time on candidate and new employee engagement; vitally important in a candidate driven environment. Thanks to these efficiencies we were able to deliver annual cost savings of over £145,000. We are delighted to have been recognised with this In-house Recruitment Award and would like to thank and acknowledge the team at Eploy for helping us to achieve these fantastic results."

Baringa Partners - Best Recruitment Team (less than 1,000 staff)

Baringa Partners, who also use Eploy's online recruitment software, scooped the Best Recruitment Team award for companies below 1,000 employees. The award judges commented:
"An outstanding, personal entry where the candidates really are at the heart of the recruitment process. The recruitment team have been able to function as a real business partner where management surveys, candidate response tracking, referral schemes and employer branding all contribute to their tangible results".
