The survey is open to UK-based in-house and agency recruiters. It seeks to understand and report back on challenges, trends and behaviours across the recruitment landscape, with the primary aim to identify the effectiveness of candidate sourcing channels.
We find ourselves in a reportedly candidate-driven market, and the after-effects of the pandemic see a shift in recruitment challenges. This survey will scrutinise the current state of recruiting strategies by industry sector and understand which channels and techniques you are currently proving most successful. In its sixth year, the survey analysis delves deep into sector nuances, market challenges, and the differences in candidate attraction that occur with varying organisations. Once the survey closes, we aggregate the results into ‘Sourcing Quadrants’ that we then analyse by channels, sectors, and organisation sizes. Thus, the report provides the groundwork for you to benchmark your experience with your sector peers.
