As a candidate-driven market continues and economic uncertainty is on the horizon, the UK Candidate Attraction Survey 2022/23 seeks to understand the current recruitment landscape and uncover the effectiveness of candidate-sourcing channels.
We want to invite all recruitment professionals to take part in the survey and rate each of your candidate sourcing channels for the quantity and quality of candidates they generate. The survey from Eploy, in conjunction with HR Grapevine, also covers recruitment challenges, candidate sourcing responsibilities and recruitment hiring and budget levels.
The survey is well established, now in its seventh year, and the analysis is used widely to shape recruiting strategies. As in previous years, the survey examines the current state of recruiting practices to truly understand which channels and techniques are proving most successful and identify candidate attraction differences between industry sectors and company sizes.
Once the survey closes, we aggregate the results into ‘Sourcing Quadrants’ that we then analyse by channels, sectors, and organisation sizes. The report shares challenges, trends and behaviours across the recruitment landscape, providing the groundwork for you to benchmark your experience with your sector peers.
The Candidate Attraction survey is open to UK-based in-house and agency recruiters. You can get involved here.
Anyone who completes the survey will receive a complimentary copy of the extensive report findings and enter the prize draw to win £200 of Amazon vouchers.
