The 10th anniversary of the In-house Recruitment Awards in London last week did not disappoint. The evening brought together hundreds of recruiters, talent professionals and HR teams to celebrate their recruitment successes at the prestigious industry awards.
Eploy customers reaching the finals this year were:
- NHS Digital – Recruitment Team (1000 – 5000 employees) & Tech Hiring Strategy
- Wren Kitchens – Recruitment Team (5000+ employees)
NHS Digital and Wren Kitchens showcased their recruitment goals and the development of innovative recruitment strategies, and the impact on the organisation. Eploy was delighted to work with them on their nominations to demonstrate the improvements that they have delivered over the last 12 months. Their efforts paid off as both customers were rewarded in their respective categories.
NHS Digital won gold in the Tech Hiring Strategy category for delivering a defined recruitment strategy and understanding of their target audience and candidate care. They also got bronze in the Recruitment Team category, detailing how their approach to recruitment aligned to business needs, using data and technology to transform the NHS and save lives.
Wren Kitchens also took bronze in the Recruitment Team (large) category, showing significant refinement across key recruitment processes to adapt to changing business requirements and consideration of candidate care.
