Riada Resourcing uses the core ATS & e-Recruitment Platform, Candidate portal and Hiring Manager portal to support the entire recruitment journey for candidates and clients alike.
Riada has extensive talent pools on their database, established networks in Northern Ireland and provides ongoing recruitment campaigns to help their clients meet business objectives and company growth aspirations. The team is using Eploy to match candidates to vacancies using the powerful search and talent mapping tools – manage applications, schedule interviews and shortlist candidates to find the best fit candidate for the job.
The Eploy dashboards are used extensively to monitor KPIs, collaborate better as a team and collect D&I based recruitment metrics such as fair employment monitoring for Community Background purposes – all accessible as instantly available dashboards.
Using the latest Eploy features
Eploy is committed to the long-term development of the Eploy cloud e-Recruitment platform and as such, regular updates ensure customers have access to the latest enhancements and improvements.
One area of new functionality is Eploy Flows - a process or journey that a candidate follows to provide the required hiring information. Flows encompass both application processes, gathering the candidates' history and experience, and onboarding processes, capturing all new starter's information.
The Riada Resourcing Team can now configure their Flows, with a drag and drop flow chart builder, to take place during any stage of their recruitment process. Meaning, they are not limited to gathering information at the application or onboarding stage.
The Candidate portal has been reconfigured to provide a fresh look and feel aligned to the brand, focusing on ease of vacancy search using the Riada and client brands to improve the candidate experience.
Candidates are encouraged to sign up for job alerts, that are delivered straight to their inbox along with some useful career tips too. This proactive recruitment approach is managed through Eploy’s email marketing helping to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Riada are now using the Eploy onboarding module using variations of onboarding processes that are set up for specific requirements for clients or role types. Not only is this providing greater flexibility but is streamlining documentation collection that is all managed in a central repository with secure electronic document signing, previously managed through a third party.
