Eploy, a leader in enterprise cloud-based ATS and e-recruitment software, announced today some exciting developments across the team as part of the companies long-term growth plan.
As well as several new hires, Eploy is delighted to announce some key promotions across the company.
Career Path Development
Amy Nibbs, officially moves up to the Head of Account Management, and will oversee the growth of the Account Management team who work closely with customers to understand their recruitment goals and develop action plans to ensure complete system satisfaction.
Daisy Sands moves into the Customer Success Team Leader role and will oversee new joiners in the Customer Success Team who support the customer base in their use of Eploy. Daisy will ensure customers receive the support they need to achieve their objectives over the long term.
Ollie George moves from the Customer Success Team to the Implementation Team to be an Implementation Manager. Ollie’s thorough understanding of Eploy, and training across all core areas of functionality to ensure the best use of Eploy, will be utilised to support customers in their configuration and deployment of Eploy for faster and smarter recruitment.
The latest members to join Eploy in the Customer Success Team are Andy Vizor, Samantha Johnstone and Emma Atkins.

Eploy began developing its leading cloud-based recruitment software in Kidderminster back in 1998 , when co-founders Paul Burgess and Chris Bogh operated from a shared apartment before moving to Eploy House in 2007.
Following the extension into an additional floor at Eploy’s Headquarters in 2018, the extended office space has allowed for growth in a vibrant working environment.
Eploy has been expanding rapidly over recent years, with demand high for the company’s award-winning Applicant Tracking System, Recruitment CRM & Dashboards.
