With offices across EMEA, Australasia and Asia, LOD wanted to harmonise their ATS and E-recruitment solutions to better support their growth and talent management. Having used Eploy within their UK business, they recognised the benefits of deploying the solution globally, seeing the product features and agile API capability as the best solution for a complete Applicant Tracking System & Talent CRM.

LOD seeks to attract the best lawyers so they can respond speedily to what their clients want. With Eploy they are recruiting proactively with the talent pooling features, targeting lists of pre-screened and engaged candidates. They can segment talent and refine searches to find the best talent for each opportunity quickly.

The project delivered four regional candidate portals, fully integrated with LOD’s corporate website for brand and design continuity. Each portal is adapted for recruitment requirements by territory, showcasing current assignments and opportunities, with an online application process for a smooth candidate experience.

Eploy’s RESTful API is used to connect LOD’s use of Microsoft Dynamix CRM to synchronise and keep internal company, department, contact and user data up to date within Eploy. The API also works to enhance the onboarding and induction processes, removing the manual task of having to add data. It demonstrates how RecTech stacks can work side-by-side for both push and pull data services to support global requirements.
