The In-House Recruitment Awards 2018 (IHRA) saw hundreds of recruiters come together at the annual awards evening to celebrate the years’ recruitment highlights and success stories of recruitment teams and individuals. 

Eploy customers, Travelodge and Ecotricity were in attendance for their recognition as finalists:

Travelodge - Careers Site Category: career website reflects the company’s brand ethos, whilst providing an engaging and helpful user experience that engages the jobseeker and provides them with the necessary information and understanding of the role and company whilst also being visually appealing. 

Ecotricity - Recruitment Team Category: can showcase their collective achievements of recruitment goals, development and/or refinement of recruitment strategy, innovation, effective campaigns and working closely with stakeholders (corporate, line managers, candidates, etc) resulting in a positive impact on their organisation.

In-House Recruitment Network were inundated with inspirational stories of success this year so to be part of these recognition stories is credit to the Eploy customers who were shortlisted as finalists.

On the evening Ecotricity were delighted to hear their name announced as winner of the Recruitment Team category and were joined on stage by Eploy to accept the award. Having been on a process of discovery to understand their existing way of working, Ecotricity challenged themselves to transform it. They looked at how their Company values could be reflected across their careers site and continuously through the recruitment process - ensuring the whole candidate experience would convey the ethos with empathy and meaning.
