FDM selected Eploy's cloud-based talent acquisition platform to deliver recruitment efficiencies and provide everything they need to plan, measure, monitor and improve recruiting. The global deployment was a phased approach across the centres in Europe, North America and APAC to move FDM to a relevant, digital and faster candidate experience reflective of their employer brand.
The opportunity to transform
FDM Group identified that their legacy ATS no longer met their requirements and realised there was an opportunity to enhance how they approached recruitment to improve the candidate experience and adapt recruitment workflows to support the company's global needs.
The flexibility to configure Eploy has enabled custom application processes that simplify the candidate application journey. In addition, high-level data or more detailed information can be gathered if deemed necessary or to meet specific country data requirements.
During the implementation of Eploy, recruitment workflows were configured based on different global requirements and time zones, making the process customised and relevant to each centre. The core Eploy Talent CRM system handles the FDM company structure and contacts hierarchy, enabling them to manage their customers and contacts to track activity, correspondence, notes, and call logs. In addition, with Eploy's enterprise-class data security layer, everything is configured based on agreed roles and permissions by geography and workstreams.
The Eploy Candidate Portal fully integrates into the FDM Group corporate website, where a global geo-locator shows relevant vacancy content to guide candidates through to the registration and login page. In addition, the Candidate Portal has a custom registration page so when the teams are at careers fairs, for example, prospective candidates can register using any mobile device for relevant roles. Finally, as Eploy automatically tracks candidate and application sources, FDM are using Eploy Dashboards to monitor the performance of all their recruiting events.
FDM uses Eploy's RESTful API to export data to Salesforce at the relevant stage of a candidate's journey following the candidate's training programme, to extend the connected approach.
