Eploy, a leader in enterprise cloud-based ATS and e-recruitment software, announced today that following a year of record growth and continued demand for its award-winning Applicant Tracking System & Recruitment CRM software, it has opened a new office suite and recruited four new team members. 

An extension into an additional floor at Eploy’s Headquarters in Kidderminster has doubled the available office space, has purpose-built meeting rooms and scope for further growth. The expansion means that Eploy can continue to grow and serve their customer base and provide employees with a modern, vibrant working environment.
As part of the refurbishment, the company has implemented smart heating and water systems, installed LED lighting and motion sensors throughout and replaced an oil-based central heating system with LPG as part of the company's continued commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.

Recent additions to the team

Chris Whiter has joined the Sales Team as a Corporate Solutions Specialist. Chris brings with him extensive corporate recruitment experience across multiple sectors having worked previously both as an in-house and agency recruiter.

Steve Scott and Carrie Piper have joined the Implementation Team and are utilising their extensive project management and customer relationship experience to ensure clients benefit from successful implementation of Eploy’s recruitment software and integrated careers sites. 

Gareth Mason has joined Eploy as the company’s Information Security Manager, to develop further and maintain Eploy’s security accreditations, including Iasme & Cyber Essentials. Gareth brings a wealth of industry experience in the areas of security, governance and compliance.

Expansion of Eploy House

Eploy began developing its leading cloud-based recruitment software in Kidderminster back in 1998 where co-founders Paul Burgess and Chris Bogh operated from a shared apartment before moving to Eploy House in 2007. This latest expansion provides new office space, more training and meeting rooms and larger relaxation areas, facilitating a better experience for both customers and employees, as well as reducing the company's carbon footprint.
