The 2019 In-house Recruitment Awards saw several Eploy customers recognised as finalists and winners for their recruitment achievements.

In-house recruitment functions of all company sizes, across all industries, were out in force at the awards evening in London on 4 December to celebrate their group and individual successes.

Eploy customers shortlisted as finalists were:

  • Dunelm – Careers Site
  • Marston’s PLC – In-house Recruitment Team 1000+
  • Nisbets – In-house Recruitment Team - Retail
  • Selwood – in-house Recruitment Team <1000

Each of these companies demonstrated great innovation for their recruitment and talent initiatives and should be incredibly proud of their efforts.

The hundreds of guests in attendance were treated to entertainment over exquisite food and enjoyed a fun-filled evening celebrating in style.

The contest in each category was compelling, and a rapturous reception from the crowd greeted each winner. Both Dunelm and Nisbets received further recognition with Dunelm winning Silver for Careers Site and Nisbets Gold winner for In-house Recruitment Team – Retail.

Commenting on the evening’s success, Chris Bogh, CTO and Co-founder of  Eploy said; ‘Each of the finalists should feel a sense of pride in what they have achieved to attract, engage and recruit the best talent. We are delighted for them to be recognised and to demonstrate how to deliver the best possible recruitment experience.”

Eploy sponsored the Apprenticeship and School Leavers campaign and presented McCann Worldgroup with their Gold award on the evening (pic right).
