Eploy, a leading recruitment software provider, is delighted to have been awarded ‘Technical Innovation of the Year' at the Onrec Online Recruitment Awards 2016. In addition, Eploy client Boohoo.com won a further two awards in the categories of ‘Best Use of Mobile’ and ‘Best Corporate Use of Online Recruitment’ for their Eploy-powered, responsively designed, careers site careers.boohoo.com. The awards took place on 10th March 2016 at The Grange St Pauls Hotel, London.



Eploy’s success in the ‘Technical Innovation of the Year’ award stems from two major enhancements to the Eploy cloud-based recruitment platform: Dashboards and Opportunities.

Eploy Dashboards are amongst the most powerful in the industry. Recruiters and managers alike can report on virtually anything, at any time. Eploy Dashboards enable every user to create and share multiple dashboards, encourages and manages target setting & reporting and enables metrics to be created, monitored and measured using any data stored within the platform.

Eploy Opportunities are an intuitive drag and drop interface that allow recruiters to manage sales pipelines. This functionality enables the creation of ‘Pipelines’ that are fully configurable to the agency’s sales and marketing processes. ‘Opportunities’ can then be drag-and-dropped through the sales stages, at each point calculating forecasts for future revenue.

In addition to the Eploy win, Boohoo.com also brought home two awards for Best Corporate Use of Online Recruitment and Best Use of Mobile. Boohoo.com, a global fashion leader, launched their new Eploy-powered careers site (https://careers.boohoo.com) in 2015.

Since the launch of the new site, Boohoo have reduced the cost of hire by 73% and reduced time of hire to 3 weeks. The site, including the candidate login area, is fully mobile responsive. Candidates can complete the entire recruitment process, from registration to interview scheduling and offer acceptance, on a mobile device. In fact, since the launch of the site, 20% of candidates have competed the entire recruitment process exclusively on a mobile devices.
