That's why, with Eploy - as well as getting an award winning legal Applicant Tracking System, you get a dedicated hiring manager portal and agency portal that's so easy to use and provides a unified platform for recruiting (and measuring).
Recruiters in the Legal sector face a number of hiring challenges - scarcity of qualified candidates, lack of brand awareness, competitors being more desirable and being unable to advertise salaries. Having the ability to regularly monitor and measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels becomes all the more important to counteract challenges faced. We know from the report findings that those who have an active metrics and analytics programme report greater quality of the candidates they attract.
