When we look at how Legal recruiters are approaching talent attraction the Sourcing Quadrant shows us those channels which are working best to deliver quality and quantity of candidates. Professional Social Networks, General Job Boards and Agencies are working well in the Legal sector to deliver a good balance of candidates. Talent Pooling has low utilisation and results and could be used further to nurture talent and reduce the high reliance on Agencies.

Having a great careers site is one of the ways that can really work to attract a decent quantity and quality of candidates, yet falls a little short, despite being used by over 92% in the sector. Candidate experience is key and can work to nurture relationships and make successful hires.  

Also worth noting is that Employee Referrals are also providing a decent quality of candidates.
