The recruitment industry is notorious for its unrelenting speed, fearfully long hours, and work-hard-play-hard lifestyle. So, every so often, it is important for recruiters to get together and give praise to excellence within the industry. The In-house Recruitment Awards 2015 are the perfect opportunity to celebrate the newcomers, overachievers and leaders in the in-house recruitment sector.

Taking place on the 26th November 2015 in London, the event offers a chance to give praise to the best and brightest in In-house Recruitment. There are 22 categories in total covering everything and anything recruitment. From the e-recruitment awards like “Best Career Website” and “Best Use of Mobile”, to the individual awards of “Best In-house Recruiter” and “Best Recruitment Manager”, the awards provide a chance for a diverse range of recruiters and recruitment teams to receive recognition.

The countdown to the event started last week with the announcement of the finalists. We’d like to pass on our sincere congratulations to all- but we’d be amiss if we didn’t give a special mention to the Eploy customers that have been nominated for no less than 6 awards! We’re extremely proud to be able to support these recruitment teams in their work, and we wish them all the best for the awards:

Boohoo.com- Nominated for “Best Career Website”- a project we are particularly proud to have worked closely with Boohoo.com on.

Baringa Partners- Nominated for “Best Candidate Experience”, “Best Recruitment Team (less than 1,000 staff)” and “Best Financial and Professional Services Team”. Up for no less than 3 awards, Baringa Partners could potentially need a new shelf in the trophy cabinet!

Royal Mencap Society- Nominated for “Best Public Sector/Not-for-profit Team” and “Best Recruitment Team (1,000+ staff)”. One of our newest customers have been nominated for two awards- a fantastic achievement.

Congratulations to you all! We’ll see you all on the 26th November for the awards.
