eploy® has won a significant new contract with one of the UK's largest online retailers, Play.com, and will provide its market leading e-recruitment software and applicant tracking system to support the company's new [email protected] (careers.play.com) website.

The decision to adopt eploy® allows the award winning retailer to take advantage of the many cost savings benefits of e-recruitment solutions, as well as the opportunity to streamline its hiring function and build an extensive talent pool for the future.

Play.com are at the cutting edge of multi channel recruitment, utilising social media such as Twitter and Facebook to attract applicants, alongside traditional recruitment methods. The web-based service is driven by eploy® which integrates seamlessly with the web portal providing prospective candidates easy access to career opportunities ranging from Web-Designers to Financial Analysts and Product Buying roles. It also serves to present a single management interface for the company's recruitment function, giving top down visibility of the entire recruitment process, including the ability to track effectiveness of recruitment channels.
