AVMI required an e-recruitment solution that could be rapidly implemented within its organisation to provide intuitive management of its recruitment, instead of the manual process that was in place. Having an integrated platform that could automate and simplify the recruitment processes would help to attract, engage and recruit candidates quickly and efficiently.
AVMI chose Eploy for its dedicated cloud platform and the ability to support its growth plans. The Eploy software functionality acts as the hub of its online recruitment strategy, connecting candidates with jobs and connecting recruitment teams with hiring managers.
The Eploy candidate portal was implemented to improve the candidate experience. It is an extension of the main AVMI website that displays current vacancies where candidates can refine their search by location, salary range and function. Candidates can apply online, where the whole recruitment process can be tracked and managed by the recruitment team and hiring managers. This then provides accurate and detailed tracking and analysis of recruitment performance, quality, costs and timescales.
The rapid implementation of Eploy was achieved in just a few weeks. The hiring manager portal is being rolled out across regions to provide hiring managers with the tools they require to work together collectively and make new hires.
