Total Choose Eploy® For Their Graduate Recruitment System

Total have opted for the eploy® online recruitment system for their graduate recruitment portal and back end recruitment database having looked at systems that eploy® had implemented for National Grid Transco and Eon.
One of Total's main concerns about choosing the right technology partner was that there was a very short lead time and the entire system would have to be developed and tested within a matter of weeks. The eploy® development team assured Total that this could be achieved and a project manager was assigned straight away to ensure the strict delivery time scale was kept.
Eploy will be used as a central tracking system for all parties involved with the recruitment process, e.g. recruitment consultants, managers and external assessors to enable a much higher level of transparency between the individual teams.
