What channels does the hospitality sector use for sourcing candidates?

The Hospitality sector relies heavily on their website/careers site for finding candidates for their open positions (93%). After a decline last year in use of Professional Social Networks, this is back to increased usage (92%). Job Aggregators remains in the top 3 channels (85%).  

Hospitality recruitment teams also turn to Employee Referrals (83%) as a sourcing channel for help in filling jobs. However, Talent Pools/ATS/CRM have a lower take up of just 48%.

In the Hospitality sector, the levels of hiring look set to increase according to half of the respondents. The report also looks at how recruitment marketing budgets align to levels of hiring. An increase in budgets is anticipated by 25%, no change in budgets 50% and a decrease in budgets by 25%. So, it could be said that there is some work to do to deliver more with less.
