Eploy® has been continually developed since 1998 and our client base has grown rapidly ever since. Can eploy® be customised?
The eploy® development team have spent years fine tuning the technology to enable eploy® to be completely customisable. Eploy's flexible design allows an unrivalled level of customisation with minimum cost and short delivery times. All areas of the system such as individual pages, fields or reports can be modified to suit your exact requirements and additional fields specific to your organisation can easily be added with full functionality such as being able to search and quick match on your bespoke fields.
You will also receive the latest versions of eploy® at no extra cost no matter how much your system has been customised. This is a service that many software providers can not offer once a system has been customised for an individual client.
Can eploy® be integrated with my website?
The eploy® development team are specialists in carrying out seamless web integrations. As eploy® is completely web based, it can be integrated with any existing website with ease which makes eploy® one of the most cost effective products to add functionality to your website. All recruitment functionality can be integrated with data being fed straight into your eploy® system in real time and you can link multiple websites to your eploy® system.

Do I have to install any software or upgrade our computers to use eploy®?
Eploy® has been developed specifically for access via any standard browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox and does not require any other software to run. This eliminates installation and networking costs and resolves the compatibility issues associated with many products that require an installation. It also removes the need to upgrade your recruitment software when you upgrade your operating system. Eploy® is completely compatible with Apple machines.
All our systems are remotely managed and updated on a regular basis at no extra cost, with minimal disruption to you or your business. Bespoke work and additional features are also added remotely.
Can I access my data remotely?
Eploy® gives you the freedom to work from anywhere, at any time. You and your employees can work from home or access and update your database while on the move without the added hassle of synchronising data. There is no need for complicated networks or old-fashioned dial-in connections to the office server. The system can also be accessed from PDA devices and mobile phones so no matter where you are your data is always at hand.
Only trusted users will be able to gain access to the system as it is fully secured with the most up to date encryption techniques, firewalls and anti virus measures. You can also restrict access to individual users out of office hours and weekends or only allow access from your premises giving you full control and peace of mind.
How easy is it to share data?
One of the biggest advantages with eploy® is the ability to securely share files and data between your offices without the expense of dedicated networks. Keeping your important information and business files in one place means your employees can have instant access to data and resources from other branches.
Do I need powerful computers to use your software?
Because the entire system runs on our servers it is our computers that do the hard work. We ensure that our servers are always kept up to date with the latest technology so you don't have to. Eploy® operates as fast on an older computer as it does on a brand new one.
How secure is my data?
The security of your data is our highest priority and every measure is taken to protect it. In fact, it is usually the case that our clients' data is far more secure on our servers than on their own premises.
Data security breaches can come from two main areas. First you must establish tight security within your own organisation. The comprehensive administration tools in eploy® will help with this as you have full control over each user's access rights and permissions. You can restrict users access to any area of eploy® and even set the times they are allowed access for example to prevent access on evenings and weekends. You can also prevent individual user access from outside your own premises altogether.
Our servers are maintained in a state of the art data centre and are monitored 24 x 7. All our servers are configured in the best possible way by professionals to eliminate external threats. They are protected from fire, power outages and theft through stringent security measures that wouldn't go amiss in an airport and are connected with multiple internet connections to eliminate down time. We use the latest corporate Anti Virus software and our hardware and software firewalls stop unauthorised access.
As a final precaution, our entire client data is backed up daily and stored in a separate location.
How is eploy® priced?
Eploy® eliminates many of the costs associated with operating and maintaining commercial software as traditional applications incur many additional costs such as networking, hardware and on-site support staff.
Eploy® is based on the Application Service Provision (ASP) model and is rented as a complete service for a fixed monthly cost. The ASP model offers a range of benefits and cost savings such as no large upfront payments and significantly reduced infrastructure and ongoing maintenance costs. As the system is remotely updated there are no additional upgrade costs and minimal disruption to the business environment. The monthly fee includes user licensing, regular updates and upgrades to the system, technical support and corporate strength security and backup facilities.
We also offer an up-front payment option where you will receive a discount on the monthly licence fee by paying for the year in advance.
Will I need to upgrade your software every year?
No. Your eploy® system is continually updated with the latest versions at no additional cost. This means that you will never have to upgrade to a newer version.
Can eploy® produce our management & KPI reports?
Eploy® includes a complete reporting suite for monitoring activity such as user activity, marketing analysis and KPI reports which suit the majority of organisations. Due to the nature of eploy®, we can quickly tailor these reports or create completely new ones specific to your organisation. These can be produced at a fraction of the cost of using third party reporting software and will save administration costs as the reports will generate automatically and completely to your specification.

Who owns the data stored in eploy®?
Our terms & conditions state that all data stored in the eploy® system is the sole ownership of the client and that it can only be used by us for the purposes of maintenance and backup.
